Where can I buy DaVinci® products?

DaVinci® products are sold online and by healthcare practitioners. You can buy our products directly through our website, on e-commerce sites like Amazon or at participating doctor's offices. Please visit the Create Account page to register for an account to start purchasing today.

Do I need a prescription for DaVinci® supplements

No, a prescription is not required to purchase DaVinci® supplements. They are available for individual customers and doctors through our website and other online retailers.

If I live outside the United States, how can I purchase DaVinci® products?

DaVinci® products are sold internationally in select locations. Please contact us via email international@foodsciencecorp.com to determine availability in your location.

Product Questions

Why is there a Proposition 65 warning on some DaVinci® products?

DaVinci® is required by the state of California to include this warning on some of our product labels. We do not add lead or other harmful chemical to our products. However, some products with natural ingredients may contain trace amounts of lead and therefore require a Prop 65 warning based on California's regulations. Where is the expiration date located on DaVinci® products?

The expiration date is found next to the lot number on the back of the package or bottle. The lot # is 8 digits long, then a space, then 4 more digits indicating month and year. For example: a product with numbers 99999999 0122, would expire in January 2022. Please discontinue use after the expiration date.

Are your products made in the USA?

DaVinci® supplements are manufactured in the US with domestic and imported ingredients. Our products are manufactured in an SQF-certified facility that strictly adheres to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as outlined by the Food and Drug Administration.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

We use high-quality ingredients sourced in the U.S. and globally. Regardless of their origin, all of our ingredients undergo extensive third-party testing to ensure their safety, purity and efficacy. We pledge truth in labeling and are committed to transparency regarding the ingredients used in our products.

Can DaVinci® supplements be given to children?

We do not recommend off label usage of any of our products. While they would not cause harm if ingested by children, DaVinci® supplements are intended for adult consumption unless otherwise indicated. Little DaVinci® supplements are specifically formulated to meet the healthcare needs of children.

Can more than one DaVinci® product be used at the same time?

DaVinci® supplements can often be administered simultaneously. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner to determine if a combination of supplements is suitable for you or your patients.

Can I take DaVinci® supplements with medication?

In many cases, DaVinci® supplements can be combined with medication. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner to determine if the combination is suitable for your individual needs.

My package was not properly sealed, what should I do?

Although this is a very rare occurrence, please return the product to your retailer if it’s improperly sealed. You will be provided with a replacement product at no additional cost. Please contact us at 1-800-325-1776 should you have any difficulty with this process.

Can I increase my intake of a supplement?

Increasing the dose is not recommended unless specifically noted on the packaging.

Do DaVinci® products require refrigeration?

Our products do not require refrigeration unless otherwise noted on the packaging. Please store in a cool, dry place.

Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouse in Vermont. UPS Ground Shipping typically delivers within 1–5 days within the U.S.

How much is shipping?

All orders shipping to locations within the U.S. are shipped for free using UPS Ground Shipping. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as to U.S. Armed Forces who are based in locations globally.

Does DaVinci® ship internationally?

Products may be returns if in original packaging and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase date. An authorization must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. Please Contact Customer Service and an Account Representative will respond to you to begin the return process. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Customer is liable for original freight charges, whether or not a freight allowance was applied to the original order. All returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking free. No returns after one year.

Subscriptions

Does DaVinci® offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for all products purchased from an authorized reseller. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement product from the retailer. The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

How do I view my subscription?

You can view your subscriptions through the "My Account" page:

  • Go to "My Account" at the top of any page on the website. On Mobile: Tap the "Menu" button, go to the "Account" tab, and tap "My Account."
  • Login if necessary.
  • Click on "My Subscriptions" at the bottom of the left-hand column on the "My Account" page. On Mobile: tap the "My Account" drop down just below the main navigation bar. You'll find "My Subscriptions" at the bottom.

You can view your current and previous subscriptions on the “My Account” page. Click or tap “View” for more information on each subscription.

How do I update or change my subscription?

Click or tap “Edit" on the “My Subscriptions” page to edit a subscription. You can update your payment information or shipping address for a subscription on the “Edit” page. Other changes will require canceling the current subscription and creating a new one.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click or tap "View" on the "My Subscriptions" page followed by "Cancel" near the top of the page to cancel a subscription.
